Q: What maximum size memory card is supported?
A: support 32GB MicroSD card max, class 10 with branded memory card will be better. (not included)
Q: Why dash cam saying SD Card full and it stop recording or turn off randomly?
A: When the sd card full, dash cam cannot recognize the sd card and it will ask you to format the sd card. In other words, the file is locked completely and cannot be overwritten. Please format the SD card manually. Then adjust the protection level to medium or low.
Q: Does the dash cam has built-in battery?
A: The dash cam has a very small built-in battery, less than 450mA, it cannot support the dash cam working a long time even it is fully charged. So if you want the dash cam working after engine off, we recommend to use hard wire kit(not included) to install your dash cam or connect it to an external power.
Q: Does the rear camera record while driving forward or only when reversing?
A: The rear camera always records both while driving forward and reversing. You can check the video on the dash cam.
