Great shape!

Minor spots from regular use, nothing out of the ordinary. Head-badge a little rough, can be replaced thru Santa Cruz.

Cable guides currently on frame: right side solid (no front derailleur was routed), left side double for rear derailleur line and rear brake line). The left side insert was for a single line (rear brake), but filed down to fit both brake and shifter lines. A kit to fit your needs can be purchased directly through Santa Cruz, item number: 04-21011

Partial frame protection taping 'dyedbro', can be removed if needed-

Steerer tube above headset is 55mm exposed

both thrus axles (front not pictured, but will be included)

shimano BBR-60 bottom bracket 

cane creek forty headset (decent shape, no issues)
