This listing is for a framed stationary or advertisement of The Deshler-Wallick Hotel in Columbus, Ohio. This framed item hung on the dining room wall for years right next to the kitchen. You can see a photo I took of it hanging on the wall before I removed it. This framed art was made specifically for the restaurant. It still looks good. This is a well known sign from our area and it would look cool in any finished basement, man cave, etc.

The piece is sized at 10" x 14".

This piece is in good condition. Local Pickup or willing to ship.

This item was removed from Max & Erma's restaurant in Reynoldsburg, Ohio after the restaurant closed down. Max & Erma's is an American casual dining restaurant chain based in Columbus, Ohio. It operated throughout parts of the Eastern & Midwestern United States. It was founded in 1972 by Todd Barnum & Barry Zacks. There is only 1 remaining location in Lancaster, Ohio. Max & Erma's was an Ohio favorite to so many customers with its fun and local atmosphere. Photos and memorabilia covered the walls of all of their restaurants. Max & Erma's was ahead of their time and doing this before The Hard Rock Cafe's of the world.

Each item that hung in Max & Erma's was either screwed or nailed to the wall. Keep this in mind. These items are not perfect. They generally have some screw or nail holes going thru them at some point. Keep in mind that these items hung on a wall for years in a busy restaurant & bar. They show scratches, wear, patina, etc. But that is what gives all of these items their intrinsic value.

Trust me as I have a 100% feedback rating! All items come from my smoke and pet free home!

I will not accept returns on this.
