Regarding each Age of majority / majority (even before reaching the age of 21. year of life) of Katharina Engelhardt (* 26. February 1843 in book) and Kunigunde Engelhardt (* 18. December 1844 in book), single Daughters of the tobacco manufacturer Andreas Georg Engelhardt (* 1803) in Book (Nuremberg).
1.) Decree (present in court copy) from kingMaximilian II Joseph of Bavaria (1811-1864), who declares the two daughters Katharina and Kunigunde to be of age.
DatedNymphenburg, the 14th August 1863.
Aimed at the chief public prosecutor of the k. Court of Appeal of Middle Franconia.
Since the decree is available as a copy, the signature of Maximilian II. naturally not original.
The copy is certified on the 22nd August 1863 by the Fürth Regional Court.

Note: Since adulthood in Bavaria was only reached at the age of 21 at the time, a decree was required if adulthood was required beforehand.
2.+3.) Two receipts (Eichstätt, 25. August 1863), issued by the expediter Secretariat of the Court of Appeal of Middle Franconia. -- Eichstätt belonged to Middle Franconia from 1838 to 1972, and since then to Upper Bavaria.
Each about the payment of 41 guilders for issuing the declaration of majority for Katharina and Kunigunde Engelhardt.

Over the father Andreas Georg Engelhardt: TheTobacco manufacturer Andreas Georg Engelhardt was born on the 11th. May 1803 in Buch (Erlangen Regional Court) as the son of the tobacco manufacturer Johann Heinrich Engelhardt and Elisabetha Susanna, née. Schalkhexcept was born in Reichelsdorf (Nuremberg). He married on the 29th. November 1840 in Kraftshof (Nuremberg) Johanna Barbara Ott (* 1. April 1821 in Lauf as the daughter of the citizen, brewer and innkeeper Johann Georg Ott and Innocentia Rosine, née. Hafner, died on the 8th. September 1847). He had two daughters who reached adulthood: Katharina Engelhardt (* 26. February 1843 in book) and Kunigunde Engelhardt (* 18. December 1844 in book). His sister Margarethe Engelhardt died in 1853.
