These are Fuchi used for the handle of the sword.

SAMURAI of Japan always had KATANA(sword) till the Edo period.

When it became Meiji Era, Japan forbade that people had KATANA.

However, even if it became Meiji, KATANA continued being made for a while.

These are Fuchi used for the handle of the sword(Katana).

These Fuchi are old, so they have some rust and some dirt.

These Fuchi have no design at the it's own side.
