Specialty case luggage red Fleur-de-Lis leather ? trim handle strap felt lined

This case measures about 13" long x 11" diameter and opens to two equal sides along the length.  I am not an expert in these but wiil describe as best I can.  This is a hard sided tube shape case that is wrapped with a red material decorated with gold color Fleur-de-Lis.  Suspicion it could be thin leather but really have no idea.  The end caps are dark brown wrapped (leather?) and the edges are under the wide straps (leather?). The closing leather? strap is snap type button.   Maroon felt lining and a ribbon keeps the case from opening too far.  The carry strap does have a crease in the handle part, at center, across the narrow dimension.  Hinges are leather? straps.     

Very good to excellent condition, especially if vintage.  No rips or tears, some small areas of light wear particularly on the straps.  A few very shallow, small elongate bubble-like areas in the red surfaces.  The ends of the case do have some indentations, marks.
