The Print head cleaning machine is the professional model, it has both the pressure cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning functions, and is suitable for many kinds of print heads,
It can be adjustable the print head shelf to suit for different kind of print head.
Usually it can be clean in a few minute and back to work again like usual before it was.
To make period of cleaning process to print head is very important, because this can protract the life of print head much longer, and decrease the waste for print head clog, save printing cost.
Using Guidance:
Step1 Open the machine cover. The two on the right are for flushing the pipelines, and the two on the left are for backwashing the pipelines. Take out the bracket
Step2 Open the second layer of the machine, pour half of the cleaning solution into the storage tank, replace the lid, and close the second layer
Step3 Pour cleaning solution into the cleaning tank, up to the level of the overflow port
Step4 Place the flushing pipeline in the cleaning tank, adjust the flushing knob to clean the pipeline with cleaning solution before connecting the pipeline to the nozzle. Position the nozzle on the fixed bracket
Step5 Adjust the height of the nozzle fixed bracket so that the nozzle's nozzle is immersed approximately 2 millimeters below the surface of the cleaning tank liquid
Step6 Gradually adjust the flushing knob and backwash knob, then lift the nozzle by hand to observe if cleaning solution drips from the nozzle. For light cleaning, open the flushing knob about one-third of the way; for normal cleaning, turn the flushing knob to halfway and the backwash knob to one-third. For heavy cleaning, increase the flushing pressure slightly, but do not exceed a certain duration to avoid damaging the nozzles.
Step7 Pour cleaning fluid into the cleaning tank ,to close to the water outlet port.Set the heating temperature and initiate heating. It's important to ensure that someone is present to supervise the heating process before starting it. Since the cleaning solution evaporates, it needs to be replenished at any time.
Step8 Set the ultrasonic activation time based on intervals of 1 minute, with a maximum duration of 2 minutes. Typically, there should be a gap of approximately 3 to 10 minutes between each ultrasonic activation, and it should not be consecutive. Moreover, it should not be repeated more than 15 times.
Step9 After approximately 30 minutes of cleaning, you can lift the sprayer and bend the backflow tubing slightly to observe the spraying condition of the cleaning solution from the sprayer nozzle. This will help determine whether further cleaning is necessary.
