Album Jacket - Very nice condition.  Very minor wear at edges and corners. Some very light scuffing and creasing.  No splits or tears. 

Inner Sleeve - Plastic Discwasher sleeve.

Record - Plays very well.  Some superficial scuffing from contact with sleeve that doesn't affect play.

Overall condition is very nice.  Represents as a very lightly used, well cared for album.  

I don't grade any record that has been opened as mint, no matter how good it is.  I think you will be very happy with the condition and play of this album.
