The book is used and is in a very good condition. There are no tears, creases, writing or highlighted pages (CHECKED). The previous owner was a smoker. The book has a faint but noticeable smell of smoke. The pages have a slight sun fade to the edges (see photo #9). It’s hard to see in the photo.
