Games Of Fun and was issued by K.K. Publications in 1934. It still has the intact back cover ad for Poll Parrot Shoes / War Bonds. 

48-pages, 5-1/2-in. x 8-1/2-in., color covers, black-and-white interior. 

It has not been graded so my thoughts on the condition are not professional.  I'll do my best to describe what I see. Please also view photos.

• The front cover is creased (folds) at the top corner and at the bottom. 
• This particular comic is top stapled and the staples show signs on wear as well. 
• Someone has written their name at the top of the comic. 
• Cover is dirty and has marks
• All the pages are there. They of course have some marks, there is a tear here and there.
