1972 Munich Olympics actual Athlete memorabilia.  From Jack Johnson of the USA. Mr. Johnson was a finalist in shooting and was one of the US participants staying in the olympic village and competing the day of the terrorist attack. Included in this lot is his original Olympic Team member ID card and Olympic Passport with photos. There is a letter from president Richard Nixon as well as an invitation to the Athletes White House Sponsored Dinner prior to departure. There are original USA first day covers and an ultra RARE 1972 German first day cancelled set from the olympic information center.
