WW2 Australian RAAF dog tags and personal items. Killed 1943 near Townsville Qld.
On offer is a Dog tag and other personal item belonging to an airman who was killed in 1943.401786 F/O J F Goodisson. 8th Squadron. Killed 6/7/43.
Beaufort aircraft crashed Bohle River near Townsville Qld. Both engines cut out and tried to land but burst into flames. It seems he survived but died later that day.
