All of our watches and works of art are available to view in person at our premises in Salisbury, Wiltshire. All sales/bids/offers muct go through eBay. If coming to our premises, we operate on a 'By Appointment Only' basis. We do not allow visits unless a prior appointment has been made.

All photographs are of the actual watch or work of art that is for sale and have been taken recently, specifically for the purpose of the listing. Most photographs have been taken with a macro lens so detail is magnified substantially. Condition generally looks far better in person than when magnified in the photographs. We are as open and honest as we can about the condition of all our watches and art.
QUESTIONS:
If you have any questions about the details of a watch or artwork, its authenticity, would like any other photographs sent to you, or absolutely anything else at all, please ask PRIOR to bidding or buying so you are completely satisfied with what you are bidding on. Any viewings of the watch, if required, must be made prior to the end of the listing so you are only bidding on or buying something that you are fully confident of and happy with.
COLLECTION:
Collection in person and viewing prior to payment being made is available for all watches and artwork. This is to ensure everyone is perfectly happy and are fully comfortable and confident with the transaction. It also ensures security and safety for all.
DELIVERY
Now eBay offers the Authenticity Guarantee service, where all watches over £2000 get checked and authenticated by eBay at their authentication centre prior to it being sent on to the buyer, we also offer a fully insured courier service via eBay. You will receive an Authentication card from eBay with the watch once it has been checked and approved at their Authentication Centre. If the watch is returned for any reason, it will go back through eBay's Authentication Centre (the watch cannot be sent back to us directly), in order that it can be fully checked and vetted to ensure it is exactly the same watch as was sent to the buyer. This now ensures that it is not possible to return a different watch or the original watch in a different condition or state than when it was sent.
IDENTIFICATION:
We may require ID (passport or driving licence) and your address to be sent to us prior to viewing/collecting or immediately at the end of the listing (if bidding or buying without viewing first) so we are aware of who we are dealing with. We are more than happy to do the same. This is partly for security purposes but this information is also required on all transactions for tax purposes.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made direct to the company on collection or via eBay managed payments if the watch is being sent.
