All payments to be made within 24 hours of auction ending please, unless otherwise agreed in advance, otherwise the item will be relisted and you will be reported to Ebay as a non-payer.

Please note that I am not the manufacturer of ANY items that I sell and nearly all the information in my listings is usually gained from manufacturers information or from their website(s), (usually where the item was obtained from in the first place).  So, if the information is not correct - blame them not me.

Everything I sell is carefully checked (by me) before it is listed and again before it is packaged.  If a manufacturer labels/lists their items in a specific way, then I will list it as they state. But I will often remark on it if I disagree. I usually mark these notes in a different colour, so you can see these notes clearly or in bold.  I test as many of the items as possible (when they are not factory sealed) to ensure they are working & in the exact condition stated in the listing & again before sending them out. This does not make it used. Simply ensuring it works before posting. Again only done on items not sealed.

If I notice anything different to this, at any stage I will note it on the listing and/or contact the buyer immediately, BEFORE posting rather than posting out anything faulty to save any hassle later.  

No Guarantee given or implied - you are welcome to register an item with the manufacturer with their warranty (as 99% of the new things I sell have the warranty details inside the packaging) but I as the seller will NOT guarantee things in any way as I am NOT a shop - I am a private seller!!!  I sell things usually lower than I have paid for them - to clear them - not to make a profit so please do not try to rip me off!!!

I have dogs and cats so their fur does unfortunately get onto things occasionally, when packing items especially, so please bear this in mind when buying from me if you have allergies.

All items are sent tracked to cover you (and me). Any item not received will be chased with the courier and the tracking details provided to the buyer and Ebay.  

Please do NOT open a case if your item has not arrived within the timeframe quoted by ebay, please send me a message and I will chase Royal Mail on your behalf, but only IF you can confirm you have firstly checked with everyone in your household, your neighbours and also your sorting office before contacting me, to confirm it has not been attempted for delivery as 99.9% of the people who contact me have already taken delivery, or a neighbour has it, or a family member has 'put it somewhere safe' and this is only discovered when Royal mail geo-track its location when I ring them.

Overseas buyers - any customs charges are to be met by the buyer and this is done through the Global Shipping Programme, these fees are nothing to do with me, sorry.

Collection is possible.  Please send a message BEFORE bidding to arrange.

Cancellations - If an order is cancelled by the buyer for whatever reason, then a refund will be given for the purchase price minus all of the seller's fees, which will be deducted from any refund. NO Exceptions.  As these fees are non-refundable from Ebay now. Sorry.

Royal Mail are not currently guaranteeing any delivery time-frames. I am finding that most customers are receiving their deliveries anything between 2-10 working days.
