You will receive the exact shirt pictured.  The shirt was a recent estate sale find.  The shirt has been hanging in a closet for many many years.  I believe the shirt to be from the 1980s.  There is discoloring/fading thru the midsection of the shirt on the front and back. The shirt is new with tags.  The shirt is a vintage medium, and will most like fit closer to a modern small.  The measurements are as follows:
