This is an antique H&Co. Haviland Limoges porcelain plate with an image of the Texas Alamo and two gold bands, one around the image and one on the plate rim.  The plate is 8-1/2" in diameter.  The backmark on the plate (H&Co. with two underlines) indicates it was produced between 1876 and 1886.  The plate is from a family member's estate and was displayed on a plate shelf.  It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.  There is some wear to the gold bands and some dark marks around the bottom rim (back side) of the plate.  See photos.
