Many of our glassware items are vintage in nature and therefore may show expected signs of their years, including flea bites, faint scratching or shelf wear. We are honest people and describe our pieces as thoroughly as possible, and will point out major flaws that stand out beyond the expectations of a vintage piece, such as chips, cracks, major fading, etc. We are knowledgeable about many things and are always learning, but we are not experts in any field. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so PLEASE ask questions before you bid or purchase if you have any concerns whatsoever, so that we both can enjoy a smooth transaction.
We pack our items so that, barring carrier damage, they will arrive safely for you to enjoy. We encourage you to read our feedback about what others have experienced when buying from us!
We do accept returns on most items; however, a $2 fee will be assessed for all returns. Items must be in the same condition as when originally sold; there will be no refund given, full or prorated, if the item(s) show damage or use in any way, either by the buyer or the shipper handling the return. We suggest sending your return insured. Please check with Ebay to make sure they are insuring your package if they print the label for you. We apologize if this seems extreme but we have learned this the hard way, even though a very small percentage of our items are ever returned.
