We only ship to the United States, specifically the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO and prefer a physical address rather than a PO Box. Larger items will often ship FEDEX or UPS. We try to note the means of shipping in our listing, however it could change depending on location. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Damage due to shipping mishandling will be addressed through a postal insurance claim. Buyer is obligated to provide photos of damage per insurance regulations in order to file a successful claim.
We are not responsible for the transit time of the shipping service. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary according to the origin and destination of the package, particularly during peak periods.
