EDWARDIAN Black Silk DAY BODICE / Blouse

I am helping a friend sell off her collection, so I don’t know a lot about each piece. Please look at photos carefully for condition and ask any questions before bidding thank you!!

DAMAGED - please look at photos closely for condition. This blouse is ripped, and stained. Would make a lovely study piece or to take a pattern off of.

The exterior seems to be a lovely silk, lined in a glazed linen or cotton.

Closes up the front and around neck with hooks and eyes. Collar is detachable. The blouse was likely designed to be tucked into a skirt.
