This is an original 1938 thin hardcover printing of "Parke-Davis Blue Book," described on the title page as "a reference catalog of selected scientific preparations for physicians."
Overall, the copy being offered is in good condition. As you'll see in my first four photos, the covers have moderate wear, with wrinkles along the bottom edges of both covers and noticeable rub marks in the outer corners and at the top and bottom of the spine. Inside, the pages are clean & bright, crisp, and strongly bound, with no marking or writing that I could find.
