When Duncan bought out Playmaxx, they inherited a large number of Cold Fusions. The inventory was part of the settlement Playmaxx received in Playmaxx vs. Custom Yo-Yo patent infringement lawsuit. The Cold Fusions were in various stages of completion. Some were still natural aluminum, some anodized, some complete with logo.

Duncan first sold out the completed Cold Fusions. When those ran out, they for the first time put the Duncan brand name on the Cold Fusion. Pictured here is a Cold Fusion from the second Duncan run. The red anodize varied a little bit on these, from middle to darker red. This one is very dark.

There were approximately 500 units made with the Duncan logo. Most being the standard solid black color and black and gold color combination. The red and black combination is very rare and rarer than most Playmaxx stuff.

This yo-yo is new old stock, in mint condition and has never been used. The tin, cardboard and all accessories are included. As a bonus I am also including a nice acrylic yoyo display case by SOMETHING.
