This is a vintage Structo US Hi-Way Service Maintenance Truck with Bucket made of pressed steel. The truck is orange in color and features the Structo brand. It was manufactured in the United States and is a diecast and toy vehicle.  It measures about 12".  Bucket will work with a new string!  Some superficial rust, see photos.
