Whimsigoth is a new buzzword in decor, and this frame embraces that aesthetic. It's a riot of shapes from nature - shells & flowers abound!

It's in good condition, maybe a little distress to the gilt here & there, but the design is intact.

It appears to be made of a composite material, which doesn't feel like resin or plastic - it has an almost woody feel.

The heavy cardboard backing is bowed out about an inch, and has marks & dings. Also, several staples are pulled away from the frame (part of it pulled back for last photo.) We're leaving it that way in case you want to change out the fabric, which is crushed red velvet. This has a synthetic feel, not soft.

It's an impressive size - 25 3/4" x 20" x 2".

There is a ring on back to hang.
