Measures around 19 cm x 23 cm (visible sheet in mount aperture) in a mount and frame measuring 34 cm x 38 cm.
A fine pen, ink and pencil cartoon by a well respected British cartoonists of the last century, whose work appeared in many major newspapers and magazines, most notably Punch during the 1940s. This one dates from 1944.
