This is a really sweet Merry-Go-Round with little people flying around in planes that spins around.  This piece would make a lovely addition to a Childs room decor.  (Please note that this is not a toy and should be displayed on to of a dresser and out of the reach of Children).   This piece is entirely handmade, hand carved and hand painted and comes from community of Olinalá in Guerrero Mexico.  It is made of a hand carved lightweight wood with a gesso like coating applied to the surface and then the colored enamel pigments are hand applied giving it a gloss finish... This would make a great Baby Shower Gift or nice addition to your own collection of Mexican Folk Art...
