This is a Vintage Brass Harp for a Lamp. It’s hard to see but it looks like “PAT 2453658 is stamped on the top of the flat piece that rests on the lamp. It’s used, shows some wear, could be cleaned up a bit, is nicked, scratched, discolored, tarnished, and has some residue buildup and rust. From the base to to the top of the bolt it measures 8-1/2” tall. The widest part of the harp measured from outside to outside is 3-7/8” across.
