This RJ45 headphones adaptor cable allows you to connect your headphones/earphones (using a 3.5 mm stereo jack) to the latest generation of Bang & Olufsen TVs/BeoSystems with RJ45 PowerLink sockets. These latest generation TVs, unlike the previous and older generation, do not have dedicated 3.5 mm headphones sockets.

These cables are produced to an incredibly high-standard, using high-quality fully shielded, low-loss, oxygen free copper cable, high-quality 3.5 mm socket and fully-shielded RJ45 plug with gold plated pins. These adaptor cables provide excellent sound quality over short or long cable lengths.

Connect the Bang & Olufsen RJ45 PowerLink plug to your BeoVision's PowerLink socket and your headphones to the 3.5 mm socket at the other end of the adaptor. If you wish to listen without the TV speakers playing, it is possible to switch the internal speakers off via the TV's menu system (i.e. leaving the PowerLink output socket(s) enabled.) Best sound performance can normally be achieved by setting the PowerLink output mode to 'Stereo Downmix', again via the TV menu system.

Note: Please ensure that your headphones/earphones have a 3.5mm plug. If your headphones use the larger size 1/4" jack plug, it is possible to buy a downsize adaptor to allow connection.
