Hermes 3000 portable typewriter. Its serial number, 3179392, dates it to 1935.

Excellent cosmetic condition! Shiny chrome plating and no rust. The typewriter looks great but, to be fair, there are a few scrapes and dings and there is a bit of internal dust. Nonetheless, it is still a gorgeous example.

The typewriter works perfectly. Carriage advances and returns well. Nice ding at the end of each line. No sticking typebars. Just needs a new ribbon and ready to write.

This Hermes types 10 characters per inch (Pica).

An original case is included but please note that the latch does not catch.

Again, excellent condition overall!
