I am not sure if this was handed out at the Olympics or published by a newspaper or something, Published by Metro-Olympia. Made out of the same type of paper used for newspapers.
 

This is in Good - Very Good condition. Cover shows a little bit of wear / handling, couple of small tears at bottom right corner of the cover. A few marks down the right edge of the cover  (see pics). No writing on it. Pages inside are in Excellent condition. You can see when they printed it a few of the pages were cut a bit not quite straight (printing / cutting error by them). 

Also throwing in the following:
'76 Olympic Schedule (pocket schedule)
  2 of these are included

One in Excellent condition.
One in Good condition, has a stain mark, scratch and small chip on the edge.
