Shopping on ebay.co.uk with delivery to the EU? All of our items use the Global Shipping Program - Import Fees & Taxes are paid directly on eBay, there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Shopping on ebay.ie/es/it/fr/be/de, with delivery to EU, for orders OVER €150: The price you see on eBay already has 20% UK VAT removed from it, but Import Fees (approx. £12 OR 2.5% of the VAT charge - whichever amount is higher) and local VAT are collected upon delivery. If the Global Shipping Programme is available for this listing, the VAT and Import Fees are included in your trasnaction.

If you are a Business customer, please enter your EORI number in the "Notes To Seller" upon checkout. An EORI number is required for all UK to EU business transactions. If an EORI number is not provided, your parcel is at risk of delivery failure.
If you are an Individual customer (Consumer) from these EU countries (BG, CY, CZ, ET, FI, EL, HU, IT, LV, LU, PL, PT, RO, SK, SL, ES, SE), please enter your Personal ID or Government ID in the "Notes To Seller" upon checkout. If a Personal ID is not entered, your parcel is at risk of delivery failure.
As soon as you pay, eBay will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable. Usual dispatch time is 1 working day, depending on item, specified in every auction respectively.

All goods sold by Foxinabox Ltd come with a mimum of 6 Months RTB (Return-to-base) Warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. We will look to replace or repair your item(s) ASAP, as suitable.
