● 多岐川裕美 < Yumi Takigawa > Vinyl 7” EP

This song, which quotes the intro to “Be My Baby” by The Ronettes, a Phil Spector sound classic, is a classic 和モノ that became a commercial song for Kagome Tomato & Lemon!

The coupling song, “Mashou no Hito ,” written by Tokuko Miura and composed by Hiroshi Ogasawara, is a song that can be used in the lounge! 

The role of Nami Matsushima in the 1976 version of the "Scorpion Series" was played by Toei exclusive actress Yumi Takigawa, who replaced Meiko Kaji in the previous film.

This is a '79 popular rare vinyl that has been introduced in books such as City Pop Masterpieces!

Actress and singer Yuko Asano debuted as an idol singer and later became a model and the queen of trendy dramas in the 1980s.　

The original is by Sergio Mendes. The tropical 和 disco “Summer Champion” was also used as a commercial song for Japan Airlines JAL Okinawa, where she shows off her healthy body.

The b-side DJ-use funk number “ 仮面舞踏会 ” is also available on this double-sider disc!

In 1970, when she was 20 years old, she released her second single, “Experience,” which became a big hit and won many awards. Combined with her mature appearance, it was her breakthrough, but she retired in 1971, and after returning in 1980, she became an actress.

The cover photo is very eye-catching, with lyrics by Etsuko Kisugi on the a-side and music by Juichi Sase, known for his work on Shigeru Matsuzaki's “WONDERFUL MOMENT”.

Shiawase on the b-side is an ennui adult AOR bossa kayou.
