Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, taking over a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series. Models produced by the Enfield-based company became popular among collectors worldwide.

The Days Gone range celebrates the bygone days of road transport, and includes vans, trucks and other vehicles, many featuring famous brands and household names of the past and present. Lledo also became very important for producing promotional models, enabling companies and organisations to order models with their own logos or brand names. Lledo also used their models to promote their own business and would regularly produce models to give to prospective clients who visited their stand at Trade Shows or Toy Fairs.

These models were all produced by Lledo to promote their business at the annual "Motivation" Show in Chicago - a special trade show for the Promotional Products and Advertising Industry.

Excellent pre-owned condition, in original boxes. Boxes are generally very good, with minimal wear and no serious rips or splits, though there may be a couple of light creases. A couple have reference numbers written on the box base, and one has a small price sticker affixed. Models themselves are excellent, near-mint condition. See photos - all photos show actual items.
