This is the Japanese karuta of Hyakunin Isshu.
In this game, after arranging cards in hiragana, the reader reads out the cards with pictures and tries to be the first to touch the same card.
There are a few small stains, but overall I think it's in good condition.
The manufacturer is Nintendo, famous for Mario.
It seems that the company originally used cards called Hanafuda when it was founded.
