For auctions we ship 1-2 days after auction completed, payment must be made within 24 hours after auction. If payment is not made within 24 hours the order may be cancelled.

We encourage buying multiple items for combined shipping discount.    Our records are priced to beat every record store in the USA with shipping included, but it doesn't make sense for ANYONE (especially you) to buy a 5 dollar record with a $5.50 shipping fee. For example, for 10 records the shipping cost is $1 per record with combined shipping.

All records are graded by expert appraisers with high-intensity flood lamps and turntable.

Items ship via USPS Media Mail (domestic) or by eBay Global Shipping Program. Handling time is 1-3 business days, we ship around 11 a.m. PST on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Our mailers are reinforced with wraparound single-wall corrugated cardboard (U-shaped pads wrapped around top and bottom of jacket).

We accept returns no questions asked within 30 days of purchase. We ask for return with original box, packaging and contents. Returns are rare to us, less than 10 in over 9000 sales.
