By bidding on this auction you acknowledge that your bid is based on the picture you see in the auction. No other warranty express or otherwise is implied by the written description. The winning bidder must e-mail me within 3 days (please read eBay rules and regulations). Buyer shall also cause payment to be delivered to me within 10 days of the auction ending. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay within 10 days.

Legal:

I will not accept bids from buyers with multiple bid retractions. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from bidders with negative feedback or a negative or zero feedback rating. If you are the high bidder when the auction ends you are legally obligated by eBay to complete the transaction. Bidders that do not follow through on the transaction will be given negative feedback and reported to eBay. Once the transaction is completed satisfactorily the buyer will receive positive feedback. If the transaction is satisfactory to you, please do the same.
