All items sent Royal Mail.  Royal Mail do not regard an item as lost until 15 days after have expired from date of postage for UK postal addresses, and 25 days for overseas postal addresses.  I will confirm postal date on request, and send over scans of the postal receipt if you send me your email address.  After posted I am unable to track or predict the arrival date of standard post, and Royal Mail will not investigate until after the number of days mentioned above have elapsed.
