Available here is Rockin' Romance Jem from Hasbro/Integrity Toys. This was an exclusive figure to the San Diego Comic Con. I'm not the original owner but everything looks to be original. Her arms are in an upright position but it could be from getting moved around in shipping. The packaging is sealed with tape and does not appear to be disturbed.
