Sasha models a Liberty print dress with attached lace apron ensemble trimmed with new and vintage laces.  The dress features an attached lace apron of new lace with hand stitched side seams.  The butter yellow and white cotton gingham puffed sleeves are finished with lace on the edges and at the neckline..  The dress bodice is lined, exposed seams are overlocked and it closes in back with snaps.  Sasha also wears polka dot pantaloons in colors picked from the florals of the dress fabric that are finished with the same lace at the hem as the sleeves and has a narrow encased elastic waist closure.  

We lived across the street from an antique dealer from Texas who proudly displayed a sepia tone picture of her Mother and 

Aunts, each as pretty as the next.  I am reminded of that antique picture as I gaze on these girls in their "Sunday" best dresses, the Bromley Belles.
