This is DREE HILL, A COLOR INFUSION STYLE LAB DOLL, 2015 CINEMATIC CONVENTION, a Limited Edition Doll, New in Unopened Package, by Integrity Toys.  Never on display.  She was made in an edition of 600.

Dree is a sensuous doll.  She has the New Hispanic skin tone; Blonde hair.  Her front facing eyes are a goldish, brown color. She has full lips, with a little beauty mark just over to one side, to add to her alluring look.
