In the early days of Tokina, there was a partnership with Fujimoto Photo Industry in Osaka, and there were products with the word "Lucky" in front of Tokina.

There is no haze but you can see kind of water stains by strong light on rear element which do not affect. Please see example photos.

There is no scratch. 
There is no separation.
There is no large dust.
No problem in the shooting.
