Beautifully decorated with multi-colored cloisonné

enamel birds, flowers and leaves.
Very well made with a rotating top flower.
Looks like a piece of jewelry.
There is some loss of enamel on one green leaf.

and one leg is marked with a "tiny stamp" punched into a square.
