EBay handles collection and remittance of
taxes from an increasing number of states. I
combine shipping on won items but please aggregate things and pay in a
single payment to save multiple paypal payments.

of March 2024, I am using ebay standard envelope wherever possible,
first class letter mail otherwise, and ground advantage for domestic
items over $50. ebay international shipping is used for high value
international shipments.
