Modular model of the most frequently built type of housing in the GDR until the end of the sixties. The P in the designation stands for parallel because the load-bearing walls are arranged parallel to the façade walls. The 2 stands for the number of ascents. The scope of the basic package includes the half-storey pedestal with entrances, 3 floors with balconies on the back and drums and flat roof. The model can also be used as a relief in the plant background.
This kit contains 3 floors and a roof but can be easily extended by using the extension kits 130802 to add another 2 floors to the structure.
This building kit contains: 369 single parts in 6 colours, window foil, 4 paper masks and 1 construction instruction.
