1) Both minifigures are present - the olive green clone trooper is complete, BUT the all-white one is missing its helmet!

4) The set is partially put together - NOTE THAT A LOT OF PIECES ARE MISSING - I HAVE NOT DETERMINED HOW MANY AND WHICH ONES.
