Book is in great shape and only has minor wear from storage and possible light use but I honestly don’t think it’s ever really been read. No ripped or missing pages, only some possible scuffing and rough edges but honestly it’s in really good shape. I’m not a comic book person really, so I wouldn’t be able to guess what grade it would be but I would give the condition an 8.5/10 or somewhere around there.
