Aesthetically the condition of the Paperback Booklet itself is Very Good overall. Both the Front and Back of the Book remain in Very Good overall cosmetic condition with a minor amount of surface marks/scratches/wear and perhaps some rippling to the fanned outer edge's applied throughout. The Book Spine also remains in Very Good overall health with some minor surface wear/tear applied. Random Pages have been check throughout and appear to remain in extremely good overall cosmetic condition with very little noticeable wear at all but numerous pages may exhibit some pencil markings (which could be easily removed should you wish) and should be duly noted. No staining/blotting was evident on the pages checked and no tearing or major creasing was noticed either. This does not mean that an unknown/unstated selection of pages may not have suffered from noticeable wear/tear from prior usage and this is to be expected on most used vintage books of this age and as such you are consenting to this being the case upon purchase. Please study the pictures carefully to see the exact item you shall receive.

This booklet will be shipped usually within 5 working days after your payment has been received & cleared. It will be sent via Royal Mail (2nd Class) Tracked/Signed for (Under most Circumstances). The item will be sent securely packaged and tracked with a signature being required for your piece of mind. Please expect around 3-4 day delivery schedule (on average) from the date of me shipping the item to you.

International Shipping (Outside of the U.K.) is available ONLY via E-bay's internal "Global Shipping Programme (GSP)" and you should only purchase if you are happy to use their delivery service and have read/understood their "terms and conditions" listed and are happy with costs incurred/quoted to you prior to your purchase when you select your "destination country" from the available list.

Please make sure you are absolutely happy with the delivery costs you will incur before making your purchase as the postage/import taxes/duty etc. are completely beyond my control and are quoted to you from E-bay and paid directly to E-bay and not myself.

In the event that the item has been found to be "Not as Described", then I shall happily accept a return and reimburse you the full item price paid but you be will expected to pay the return postage yourself. I also expect the book to come back in the exact condition it was sold to you in. I also expect that the book has Not been tampered with in any way or form prior to the return.

Please remember that eBay charges sellers 10% commission on postage in addition to the 10% that already applies on selling fees. Additionally sellers are also charged commission at 4% for using PayPal as this is a separate company. Therefore Any postage price reflects not just the cost of the postage stated on the box label but it also incurs any materials/packaging used and the commission charged as mentioned prior. Please give this thought when you leave feedback.

These are the conditions of the sale and are here to ensure fair-play is achieved for both your and my piece of mind.

Please read the entire description thoroughly and ensure you are happy with the terms/conditions listed herein before you purchase as once purchased the sale is final.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask and in any event you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me directly as I will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have amicably.
