I was in my late 40’s before I owned a BEE. They sounded so ‘must
have’ when I was a lad but I couldn’t afford one.
Now a days the price they sell on eBay is a bargain. The
engine is over 65 years old and this one appears to have the original tank. It
may have misshapen a little but it is getting rare to see these model engines
with original tank as on some engines they’ve splurged into a wobble state, miss-shaped.
