CONDITION

• The uppers are in excellent condition with the usual lighter and darker areas typically seen on shell cordovan. The variations in color are mostly visible under direct sunlight. The color looks deeper and more uniform indoors. The insides are strong with a few light marks. Light wear on the soles. Moderate wear on the rubber portion of the heels, which are easily replaceable. These will last a long time before they'll need a resole.

TERMS

Returns: I am a very small business and cannot afford returns, which is why I try to be as detailed as possible in my listings. I want you to be absolutely sure of what you are buying so that you will never need to return an item. That said, I do accept returns. Should you need to return an item, I kindly ask that you do so as quickly as possible. Buyers who abuse the returns process will be blocked. 

Combined Shipping: Yes, I do combine shipping. If you win multiple items, I will send a combined invoice within a few hours.

Unpaid orders: Unless I hear from you, your unpaid order will be cancelled after 5 days. 

Feedback: I leave feedback when a sale is "closed". I consider a sale closed when the buyer leaves feedback indicating that they are happy with their purchase, or the return window is closed, whichever comes first. 

Fraud: Fraudulent activity (including names, addresses & contact info) will be reported to all relevant agencies including the offender's local police and postmaster.
