1)In
order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep
all shipping materials for inspection and exchange.
>>> You need to inspect the item before signing the BOL paper if
any damages please mark it on BOL

2)Please e-mail / send message to us within Seven business days what part is
damaged and a brief explanation.
3) In most
cases we'll ask for pictures of the part in question to file a claim with the
carrier company and you'll get a replacement.
