Beautiful Circa 1903 production year American Waltham Grade “Sterling” Model 1883, 18s Size 7 Jewel Watch for parts or repair. Movement is Gold finished full plate. Balance is rebounding and briefly oscillates. No corrosion. Crown and stem missing. It’s possible the watch is a runner as-found if a stem/crown is installed. Service history is unknown. Not currently in operable condition.

Dial is very nice, signed American Waltham, Roman numerals. Faint hairline beginning between 11:00 and 12:00. Lever-set.

Case is a combination of tri-color gold-filled and sterling silver. Sterling silver covers with applied pink and green gold accents. Yellow gold filled center case. Shows significant even wear and toning throughout with wear-through on the stem cover and sides.

Comes with an excellent antique tri-color silver and gold-filled watch chain with oversized safety catch.
